Replacement of the two graviton multipliers

. The replacement estimate holds on all of $K$, including $\mathrm{Rel}\cap {\Delta }_{13}$, with order $64$, uniformly in $r$. Its central error is $O(\epsilon )$, and its tail is $O(\epsilon (r^{-8}+r^{-9}))$. No small-argument decay of a graviton multiplier is used. The estimate does not replace any multiplier in the direct-sector distribution ${S_{\epsilon }}^{\rho }$, and it does not yet replace the scalar multiplier $M_{\epsilon }$.
