Equation A:eq:restriction also applies to an unnormalized completely positive instrument branch. For paired branches selected from equal declared inputs, the original unnormalized reductions and branch probabilities agree. Conditional reductions agree on positive-probability branches. This is a branchwise comparison, not a claim that the spectator conditional state remains unchanged, and it does not promote Option N to a joint CPTP model.
