Arbitrary spectator extensions

The extension may be entangled and need not be a fixed pure or product spectator. The theorem identifies the original reductions, not arbitrary full joint extensions.

A guard $|\Gamma |\le K$ would violate the hypotheses: one product spectator could change its decision without changing any accessible source expectation.
