The constant $c_{\mathrm{h}}$ is a host calibration speed. It is not the coefficient $c_{\epsilon }$.

The parent calculation below uses its original completion slab

This does not reset the inherited host time reserve to a new value. If the fixed parent data do not fit the retained chart, the corresponding laboratory interpretation requires the additional certificate in Section sec:support. No translation, rescaling, chart enlargement, or change of deficit is silently performed to force a fit.
