Stage A: the unchanged host and the analytical completion

The formal metric tensors used in the completion calculation are analytical inputs. Transporting them does not replace the fixed host metric $G$. In particular, the transported analytical background is $-G$, in agreement with (eq:signature), not an unnoticed substitution of the opposite signature.
