Definition: Local Grade S

For this manuscript, local Grade S consists of:

1. the retained host, chart, completion, fixed width, and declared finite permissions;

2. the explicit relative classical action and differential through order three;

3. the exact polynomial-lift residual and its scoped diagnostics;

4. a nonempty finite residual-report dictionary;

5. a complete instrument for every released report, including all surviving systems and references;

6. finite adaptive composition, scheduled locality, a nonempty regular report route, and the resource/error ledger.

No field-acquisition identification is included in the grade.
