G1: operator and pullback calculus without a common phase

The construction starts from (eq:regroup). Already defined conormal or Lagrangian factors may be described on their own relations. Their subsequent operator compositions and pullbacks must satisfy their own hypotheses.

There is no common sum of line phases. No integration over ${\mathcal{D}}_{\tan }$ is introduced. Melrose–Uhlmann composition is not reapplied to ${\mathcal{F}}_{\mathrm{match}}$.
