G1: operator and pullback calculus without a common phase

The standard pullback test asks that the wavefront set of the distribution being pulled back avoid the normal set of the map. For the diagonal embedding, this becomes the familiar exclusion of opposite product covectors Hormander (Theorems 8.2.4 and 8.2.10).

Removing a phase construction does not remove this condition.
