This example does not evaluate VIII-B's particular nonlinear source law. It proves the reason a classical state-dependent packet-selection rule is not automatically a quantum channel. A supplied-token table is a channel on the token register; its composition with an unconstructed expectation oracle is not a constructed instrument.
-instrument ceiling. Born certificates, destructive residual rays, record compatibility, and stability under a live-qubit budget belong to finite-instrument statements CheungI,CheungEnter. They do not provide a continuum clock or a field-theoretic instrument. The source-token and record separations reported in VIII-A/B/C retain precisely this distinction CheungVIIIA,CheungVIIIB,CheungVIIIC.
