Definition and coherence

A basis adapted to ${\mathcal{H}}_4,{\mathcal{H}}_5,{\mathcal{H}}_6$ may be used for bookkeeping. It is not a further choice in the prescription.

This coherence concerns constant linear relations on $\mathcal{V}$. It does not assert compatibility with arbitrary smooth-multiplier identities or with alternative integration-by-parts presentations of the decorated sector. The density, derivative placement, and order of operations are fixed.
