XVI-Q@Q11#rem:o1
O.1 is closed only for the one-loop, order two-point sector of the bulk invariant action .
That scope assumes zero mass, the gauge fermion held fixed, QdS external legs, and XVI-P's prescription, including the p22 evanescent counterterms.
Within that scope, all 23 rows of the bulk identity are cancelled by local counterterms, and the cancellation is fully consistent under on the bulk 11 directions.
An independent rebuild confirmed that closure in Q02. The review decision is CONFIRM CLOSED (scoped). Q03 records O1_closure_confirmed as true and does not change the science of Q02.
The counterterm domain is enlarged beyond XVI-O's, and the write-up has to name it: the 11 four-dimensional p14r directions over , plus the 10 p22 evanescent operators, 21 directions in all.
XVI-O's prescription is not the one used. XVI-O's closure reason 8 is not answered in XVI-O's terms. That is why this record does not update XVI-O, where O.1 stays NOT_CLOSED.
Both reviews ran on the same computer as the author. The graphs D01 and D03 were never rederived from fully independent Feynman rules; they were cross-checked through the defect. Q05's own rules later match XVI-P's two-point poles for D01 and D03.
This scoped closure is the base for P.6. Treat it as one secured foothold for a quantum-gravity theory, not proof of one.
It does not restore bulk symmetry. It does not discharge Route B or XVI-N. It says nothing about three-point functions, higher loops, or ultraviolet completeness.
Outside that scope, O.1 stays NOT_CLOSED. The series standing stop is not updated.
