For a datum satisfying the conditional extraction hypotheses, fix:

  1. a message space , , source injection, quantum receiver output, local memories, and resources independent of the unknown message;

  2. the admitted uses, compositions, and access enlargements, with a proof that their complete maps are CPTP, including untouched references;

  3. source and receiver maps on the component carrier, or on a predeclared compatible extension, with a proof of every claimed old-order preservation and cone-generation compatibility;

  4. one chosen , frame, comparison scale , execution convention, arrival-readout calibration, and their correspondence to the realizing ports;

  5. the exact retained quantum residuals, classical histories, failure flags, encoders, decoders, and permitted reductions;

  6. a declared nonempty target set and a family of finite protocols, together with their actual error and endpoint estimates;

  7. execution, computation, estimation, and residual ledgers, and covariance or evidence statements required by the claim.

No such compatible realization for a successful extraction package is constructed here.
