Oai276-A@1#eq:choi

Use the unnormalized Choi convention

J (N) = i, j \sum ∣ i ⟩ ⟨ j ∣ \otimes N (∣ i ⟩ ⟨ j ∣) .

For the frozen channel,

J (A) = 7/8 00 1/ 2 0 1/8 00 00 3/8 0 1/ 2 00 5/8 .
