The three rule kinds

A coupling update must return all affected labels needed for admissibility. Changing a particle parameter while silently freezing incompatible gluing data is not a certified update.

The control state, guards, and resource checks determine which rule is selected. Our executions are nonselective density-operator executions. A selectively normalized measurement branch is not silently treated as a trace-preserving matter rule. Classical control can instead be represented inside a channel that retains its records.
